Return and exchange of products are within 3 days only, and if you want to return or exchange the products, do not detach the seal or tags, and don't wash or wear the products. The products must be in original condition for return or exchange.
We do not return or exchange the products if we find the products are used, washed, or dirty; if the product is damaged; or if the seal and tag are broken. And if a return is filed after 3 days, we don't exchange or return the product.
Exchanges of products are only allowed for size, color, and design issues. Exchange of product is only once per order.
- Refunds are processed after we receive the product in our warehouse and after we have done all quality inspections.
- Once the refund is approved by us, money will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days.
To request a return or exchange, you have to file a return on our website, or you mail us (support) with all required details, including the order ID, reason for return/exchange, and clear product image or video, or you may contact us through a call, and we will help you to file a return or exchange.
