Cancellation Refund Policy FOR PEKKA.IN

PEKKA believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore adopted a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping. PEKKA does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, etc. However, a refund or replacement may be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not satisfactory. In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will be entertained only after the merchant has checked and confirmed the issue at their end. Such complaints must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the product. If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the product. After reviewing your complaint, the Customer Service team will take an appropriate decision. For products that come with a manufacturer's warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for any related issues. In case any refund is approved by PEKKA, it will take approximately 6-8 days for the refund to be processed and credited to the end customer.
